There is no reserve starting numbers.

To register your desired start number, You need to tur to your national federation road racing commision head. Start numbers can be selected from 1 to 999, and they should not be duplicated.
The previous owner of the start number have priority for registration of his previous start number.
Starting numbers 1,2 and 3 are reserved for the previous year's Baltic Cup winners in Superbike class.
These numbers will be free, if any of the previous winners of Superbike class would give up or turn to other starting numbers.
